years experience in the financial services industry with a great depth
of experience and knowledge. He provides Licensee Consulting services.
His financial services experience includes Adviser and Licensee compliance,
process redesign, management consulting, information technology, agency
support software development & management, project and operational
management. He has held executive positions in Life Offices, Banks, Consulting
Companies and Financial Planning organisations.
Zoe is the Director of Brand and Communications for the AFSL Managers group of companies responsible for the strategic planning and direction of the group including brand and identity management, change management, B to C and B to B marketing, media relations, government and statutory relations, stakeholder management, organisational communications, web and social media messaging, and community relations.
Since joining the group in 2004, Zoe has held the position of Head of Sales and Marketing, Corporate Operations Manager, Program Delivery Manager, and Dispute Resolution Officer. Since 2009, Zoe is responsible for the Legal and Regulatory and Compliance, Business Risk and Quality Assurance business functions and is a member of the National Operations Committee. Prior to joining AFSL Managers, Zoe worked as Marketing and Communications Manager at a boutique listed financial services firm and Corporate Affairs Manager at MLC, the wealth management division of the National Australia Bank.
Zoe has extensive wireless technology experience in both Australian and international markets, based in Asia and Europe for three years.
Zoe is an active participant at events for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, Oncology Children’s Foundation and joins in community days for the Heart Foundation, National Breast Cancer Foundation and Cancer Council activities such as the Door Knock Appeal, Daffodil Day, Pink Ribbon Day and Triathlon Pink.
Zoe holds the positions of Executive Director of an Australian Financial Services License and Director of a leading professional services technology provider. Zoe is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Greg is a Business Manager and has worked for companies associated with
AFSL Managers for over five years. His principal role is to run our Commissions
Management system. He has been instrumental in stripping out inappropriate
manual tasks in the collection, payment and reconciliation of commissions
Mr Terreiro is an experienced advisor, director, committee member and executive with over 25 years experience in the Australian finance, securities and investment sectors. He has deep knowledge as a practitioner in corporate governance and financial services laws holding senior positions in risk management, compliance, technology, strategic planning, marketing and product development at two major Asia-Pacific conglomerates between 1995 and 2007.
